Seems like the Yahoo! Messenger India version 8 doesn’t pre-install the Music LAUNCHcast plugin, and there is no way to activate the plugin as well. To resolve this issue, the plugin must be installed separately from the Yahoo! Music LAUNCHcast plugin gallery page.
